The cutlery packaging system BVA-800 for the automated packaging of cutlery sets with an output of 800 cutlery sets per hour.

The clean, washed cutlery is manually placed and fed into the system. A (standardized) serviette is automatically added to each cutlery set.

The fed cutlery is packed with the serviettes either in paper bags or foil. The bags are closed on all sides. This ensures hygienic conditions all the way to the patron. Additional items, e.g. salt, pepper, or toothpicks can be added manually or by means of an additional automation.
