The tray store ATS-10 for buffering peak food return volumes. Incoming trays at the food return point are buffered in the tray store as soon as the dishwashing facility can no longer process the incoming trays. The module can be integrated into existing conveyor systems.

Total buffer per tower: Approx. 100 trays (varies according to room height).

The capacity can be increased by employing multiple towers in a line or adjacently in a chained installation.
