Tray stacking unit for the insertion of dirty trays into the dishwashing line. The trays are suction-transported from a tray dispenser and placed on the infeed belt of the dishwashing machine. The position of the dispenser trolley can be freely selected (to the right, left or font of the belt). Two combined systems allows for a bridge-type construction.

Design:

• The system is self-supporting with a stainless-steel casing and viewing windows.
• The maximum tray size is 530×370 mm.
• The maximum output is 30 trays per minute.
