The tray placement unit TABAL-01 for continuous operation with an automatic changing function.

The tray placement module consists of two trolley garages. The empty dispenser trolley is changed during operation. The unit switches from the empty to the full dispenser trolley automatically.

Priority is given to hygiene and reduction of the personnel workload. The trays are continuously and individually removed from the tray dispenser trolley by a suction gripper arm and placed on the conveyor/portioning belt.
