Food portioning conveyor for transporting system trays on round belts. BRIMATO food portioning conveyors have a self-supporting, torsion-free design constructed on height-adjustable feet. The feet can be fixed in an synthetic resin floor to prevent the shifting of the conveyor.

The conveyor parts are set up in a grid system and bolted together using pin seams. In case of a revision, the parts can be simply detached. The conveyor parts in the vicinity of the pin seam are precisely worked to meet the high hygienic requirements.

The conveyor body hygienically closed on all sides is fit on the top with plastic guides that guarantee the optimal sliding capability of the round belt.

The transport speed is continuously adjustable. If the tray is not removed at the end of the belt, the belt stops automatically (mechanical limit switch rocker option).
