The automatic cutlery sorting system and packaging unit detects, counts, sorts, picks and packs cutlery either by type or custom-assembled.

The integrated cutlery system ABS-V combines the automatic cutlery sorting operation with cutlery packaging (BVA-600 or BVA-800). The sorting mechanism automatically conveys the cutlery as a complete set (by type or in identical sets) directly to the packaging system. Additional items, e.g. toothpicks, salt, pepper, etc., can optionally be added to the packaging unit.

Maximum efficiency: The entire system is operated by one person only.
